May I on behalf of the Rivers State Scholarship Students third batch formally welcome you to this site. It gladdens my heart each time you visit this site for information about us. It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the Rivers State Scholarship Students (3rd batch) official site to get you informed on what is happening on the project and the fate of the students in Malaysia. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to the Executive Governor and the highly estimable members of the Rivers State House of Assembly for thier sincere act of magnanimity and  unalloyed support toward us for taking their busy time off to look in to our plight. This, we'll say is a legacy for the retrospection of this administration.Once again we want to say thank you for stopping over here for information on what is going on.
We look forward to getting you informed to make sure you get the most of your time. This site will give you an overview of our current plans and people involved in every level.

Latest Information

We were supposed to see the SSG on Monday, but due to circumstances beyond our  control, we could not meet him. We had a briefing with the NURSS National Chairman and agreed that we would write a positional letter to the SSG seeking for his audience on Tuesday.

We are going to the RVSHA Complex on Thursday (31st of January) for the report of the delegates afterwhich we'll move to government house to see the governor. Details Afterwards...

Whats new

The Chairman, Mr. Osademe Obi and others  went for a meeting yesterday with some journalists and also to the media houses for interview.
